Using the Activity Logs

How to read and use the complete email activity history in Mail Maya.

The Activity Logs page gives you a complete, chronological record of every email event in your Mail Maya account — every send, reply, and bounce across all campaigns and all inboxes.

What each entry shows

• Campaign — the campaign the email belongs to
• Lead — the recipient's name and email address
• Step — which step in the sequence was sent
• Email Account — which inbox sent the email
• Status — Sent, Replied, or Bounced
• Time — the exact date and time of the event

How to access it

Click Activity in the left sidebar. The log is paginated, showing 100 entries per page. Use the page navigation at the bottom to go further back in history.

Common uses

• Verifying that emails are going out as scheduled
• Investigating why a specific lead did or did not receive an email
• Checking bounce rates to assess list quality
• Confirming reply detection is working correctly

Tip: The dashboard shows only the last 10 activity events. Go to the Activity page for the full history — it is especially useful when auditing a campaign after launch.
