The B2B Contact Database

How to find and import leads from Mail Maya's built-in contact database.

The B2B database gives Ultimate plan users access to a database of 50 million+ verified business contacts. You can search, filter, and import leads directly into your campaigns without needing a separate prospecting tool.

Accessing the database

Click B2B Database in the left sidebar. You will see a search interface with filters for industry, company size, job title, location, and more.

Filtering contacts

• Industry — search within specific sectors
• Company size — narrow to companies by headcount
• Job title — filter by specific roles (e.g. CTO, Head of Sales)
• Location — by country, state, or city

Importing to your lead list

Select the contacts you want and click Import. They will be added to your lead list immediately, ready to be added to a campaign.

Note: The B2B database is only available on the Ultimate plan. If you are on a Free or Starter plan, you will see an upgrade prompt when you visit this page.
