Using Email Templates

Save, manage, and reuse your best email copy across campaigns.

Templates let you save proven email copy and reuse it across multiple campaigns without rewriting it each time. They are stored in your account and available in every campaign.

Creating a template

Go to Templates in the sidebar. Click New template, give it a name, write the subject and body, and save. Variables and spintax work in templates exactly as they do in campaign emails.

Loading a template in the campaign builder

  1. Open a campaign in the builder and go to the Sequence step
  2. Click the Load template button in the email editor
  3. Browse or search your saved templates
  4. Click a template to pre-fill the subject and body
  5. Edit as needed before saving

Saving a campaign step as a template

While editing a step in the campaign builder, click the Save as template link below the editor. Give it a name and it will be available in your template library immediately.

Tip: Build a library of proven templates over time. When a particular angle or subject line generates great results, save it as a template so you can reuse and iterate on it.
