Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions about Mail Maya.
Can I connect multiple inboxes?
Yes. Starter plan users can connect up to 10 inboxes. Ultimate plan users can connect unlimited inboxes. Each inbox has its own daily send limit. Spreading volume across multiple inboxes is the recommended approach for high-volume outreach.
Will my emails go to spam?
Mail Maya is built specifically to maximise inbox placement. It sends plain text emails, includes natural send delays, and rotates message headers. However, deliverability also depends on your domain reputation, list quality, and email content. Follow the Deliverability Best Practices guide for the best results.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
If you hit your email sending limit for the billing period, Mail Maya pauses sending until the period resets (rolling 30 days). If you hit your lead limit, you will not be able to add new leads until you delete existing ones or upgrade. Campaigns do not lose data in either case.
How do I stop emails to a lead who replied?
Mail Maya stops the sequence automatically when it detects a reply via IMAP. If for any reason you want to manually stop emails, open the lead's profile and change their status to Replied. No further automated emails will be sent.
Can I use Mail Maya to send newsletters or promotional emails?
Mail Maya is designed for personalised one-to-one cold outreach, not broadcast newsletters or promotional campaigns. For newsletters, a dedicated ESP like Mailchimp or Brevo is a better fit.
Is there a free trial?
Mail Maya has a free forever plan that lets you send up to 500 emails with 1 inbox and 500 leads — no credit card required. This gives you plenty of room to test the platform with real campaigns before deciding to upgrade.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel or downgrade, contact us at maulick@servicenationn.net. We will process your request promptly. Your data remains in your account and you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
Can I import leads directly from LinkedIn?
Mail Maya accepts CSV files. Most LinkedIn prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter, etc.) allow you to export leads as a CSV that you can then import directly into Mail Maya.
Does Mail Maya support team accounts?
Multiple users can create separate accounts on Mail Maya and each manage their own campaigns and inboxes independently. Shared team workspaces with role-based access is on the roadmap.
