Setting Global Send Delays

How to add natural pauses between emails for better deliverability.

The global send delay is a random pause Mail Maya inserts between consecutive email sends. It makes your outreach look more like a human sending emails manually rather than a bot blasting them all at once.

Where to configure it

Go to Settings in the left sidebar. Under the Sending section, set a minimum delay and a maximum delay (both in seconds). Mail Maya will wait a random time between these two values before each send.

Recommended values

These values mean each email is sent between 45 seconds and 2 minutes after the previous one. This is well within the range of a human sending speed.

Note: Setting both values to 0 turns off the delay completely. This is not recommended — sending emails in rapid succession is a clear signal of automation to both email providers and spam filters.
