How to Upgrade Your Plan

Steps to upgrade from Free to Starter or Ultimate.

Upgrading your Mail Maya plan gives you more mailboxes, more email volume, and access to advanced features.

How to upgrade

1. Go to Billing in the left sidebar
2. Review the plan comparison table
3. Click Upgrade on the plan you want
4. Follow the instructions in the upgrade dialogue
5. Our team will activate your new plan promptly

After upgrading

Your new limits take effect immediately. Campaigns that were paused due to hitting limits will resume automatically in the next processing cycle.
