Replying to Leads from the Unibox

How to send a reply to a lead directly from inside Mail Maya.

You can reply to any lead conversation directly from the Unibox without switching to an external email client. Your reply is sent from the same connected inbox that received the original reply.

How to reply

1. Go to Unibox in the left sidebar
2. Click on the conversation you want to respond to
3. Read the full thread — the original campaign email and the lead's reply are shown together
4. Type your reply in the composer at the bottom
5. Click Send

Which inbox is used to send

Mail Maya sends your reply from the same connected inbox that the lead originally replied to. This keeps the thread consistent and ensures the lead's reply in their inbox shows the correct conversation history.

After you reply

Your reply is sent immediately. The conversation in the Unibox updates to show your message. The lead's sequence remains stopped — Mail Maya will not resume automated emails to a lead once they have replied.

Tip: Keep Unibox replies short and conversational. The lead has already shown interest — your goal now is to schedule a next step, not to pitch again.
