How Usage Limits Work

How Mail Maya counts emails, leads, and mailboxes against your plan.

Each Mail Maya plan has three limits: emails sent per billing period, total leads stored, and connected mailboxes. Here is exactly how each is counted.

Emails

Each email sent (whether a first-touch email or a follow-up) counts as one email towards your plan's email limit. The counter resets at the start of each billing period, which is a rolling 30 days from your account creation date.

Leads

The lead count is the total number of leads stored in your account at any given time. On the Free plan, you are limited to 500 leads in total. Deleting leads reduces your count.

Mailboxes

Each connected inbox counts as one mailbox. On the Free plan, you can connect 1 inbox. Disconnecting an inbox frees up that slot.

Where to see your usage

Your current usage is shown on the Dashboard (Plan Usage card) and in full detail on the Settings and Billing pages, including how many days remain in the current billing period.

Note: When you reach your email limit for the billing period, the campaign processor stops sending emails until the limit resets. Campaigns do not lose leads — they simply pause and resume at the start of the next billing period.
