The Unibox is a unified inbox that collects replies from all your connected email accounts in a single view. Instead of logging into multiple inboxes to check who has replied to your campaigns, you can read and respond to every lead conversation from one place inside Mail Maya.

Why it matters

When you run campaigns from multiple inboxes simultaneously, replies land in different email accounts. Without the Unibox, you would need to switch between accounts to stay on top of conversations. The Unibox eliminates that friction.

What you can do in the Unibox

How replies appear

Mail Maya polls your connected inboxes via IMAP every 5 minutes. When a reply is detected, it appears in the Unibox automatically. The lead's campaign sequence is also stopped at the same time, so no further automated emails go out to that lead.

Tip: The Unibox is the first place to check every morning. Responding to interested leads quickly — while the conversation is fresh — is one of the most impactful habits in cold email outreach.
